Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Daxion Technologies Pvt Ltd, which provides Traklio. If you use Traklio for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you're authorised to.

A signed order form or contract with us takes priority over these terms where they differ.

• Keep your sign-in details secret and use two-factor authentication where your organisation requires it.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at admin@traklio.io if you think it has been misused.
• Workspace and company administrators decide who joins, what role they have and what they can see.

Each workspace has its own plan. A free workspace has the limits shown when you sign up. Paid plans, modules and company contracts are paid through Stripe, in one of two ways:

• Paid upfront: the whole term in one payment. We send a renewal invoice before the term ends; the term continues once it's paid.
• Subscription: charged automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

Prices are shown before you pay and include or exclude tax as stated. Unpaid invoices may lead us to suspend access after notice; access returns once they're paid. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.

The records, files and other content you and your organisation put into Traklio (“your data”) remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Traklio to you, as described in our privacy policy.

You're responsible for having the right to upload your data and for the accuracy of what's recorded.

You agree to follow our acceptable use policy. We may suspend access that puts Traklio, other users or the law at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

The Traklio Assistant drafts records and summarises information from your projects. Its output can be wrong, so check it before relying on it. It never submits, approves, signs or closes anything on its own: those decisions stay with the people responsible for them.

We work to keep Traklio available, secure and backed up, and to fix problems quickly. Traklio is provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of availability unless we have agreed one with you in writing.

We improve Traklio continuously and may change features. We won't remove a core feature of a paid plan during a term you've already paid for without agreeing it with you.

Traklio, its software, design and content belong to Daxion Technologies Pvt Ltd. These terms give you the right to use Traklio, not ownership of it. Ideas and feedback you send us can be used to improve Traklio.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited. Otherwise, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us for Traklio in that period.

Traklio helps you record and manage quality work; responsibility for the quality and safety of the work itself stays with the people and organisations doing it.

You can stop using Traklio at any time; paid terms run to the end of the period paid for. We may end or suspend access for a serious breach of these terms. When an account or workspace closes, we'll help the organisation that owns the data take a copy before it's deleted.

We may update these terms. We'll tell account holders by email before significant changes take effect; continuing to use Traklio after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a signed contract with us says otherwise.
