Can I change my plan mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrade any time and you'll be billed pro-rata for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Can I buy individual modules?
Yes. Individual users can subscribe to specific modules — you don't need to buy the full bundle. Add or remove modules at any time from your workspace.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely by Stripe — major credit and debit cards, including international cards. Enterprise customers are invoiced.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid module includes a 14-day trial before billing starts. You'll get a reminder 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before the trial ends.
What happens if our invoice is overdue?
Enterprise accounts have a 30-day grace period. After that, the ecosystem is suspended. All data is retained and restored immediately on payment.
