We built what we couldn't find.
Traklio started on a major EPC project, watching quality teams juggle WhatsApp, Excel and email to manage inspections and NCRs. There was no tool built for the way they worked, so we built one.
Mission
Make construction quality as reliable as what it builds.
Construction accounts for around 13% of global GDP (McKinsey Global Institute), yet much of its quality management still runs on paper. We're here to change that, not by digitising paper, but by rethinking how quality work should run when every party is connected.

How we think
How we build software.
Built for the field, not the boardroom.
We design with the people who run quality on site. If it doesn't work under time pressure on a site cabin connection, it isn't finished.
Complexity is the enemy.
Construction is complicated enough. Traklio's job is to make the software part disappear, so your team focuses on quality, not the tool.
Trust is earned through traceability.
Every approval, change and sign-off is on the record. Being audit-ready should take no extra effort.
Every party matters.
From the subcontractor on site to the client reviewing handover, everyone gets what they need, and nothing they shouldn't see.
